User License Agreement

This User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and SATOpen (“SATOpen”, “we”). By creating an account or checking “I agree to the SATOpen User License Agreement” during onboarding, you accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use SATOpen.

SATOpen grants you a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SATOpen website, its lessons, practice questions, explanations, vocabulary and mock tests for your own test preparation and learning.

• Copy, republish, sell or distribute SATOpen questions, explanations, lessons or other content, in whole or in substantial part.
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access or collect content.
• Attempt to access other students' data, administrator areas, or to bypass security or rate limits.
• Share your account, impersonate others, or use SATOpen for any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Your learning data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and learning data at any time from Settings.

SATOpen's software, original questions, explanations and lessons remain the property of SATOpen and its contributors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership to you. SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse SATOpen.

SATOpen is provided “as is” for educational purposes. Mastery percentages and the SATOpen Estimated Score are estimates based on your activity on SATOpen; they are not official scores and we do not guarantee any particular result on the SAT.

We may suspend access for violations of this Agreement. If we materially change this Agreement we will update its version, and you may be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use SATOpen. Questions about this Agreement can be sent through the contact form.
